The participants were tasked to find and kill a guy with a moon mark at the neck and wearing blue vest, which is the housekeeper, he received a note saying: “Someone wants to kill you, take off your blue vest” and he ran off dropping the blue vest.
(Yes, he was killed later in the show and his body(a puppet) was put on the table to be examined which is kind of funny)
